The Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre (AILC) offers Australia’s leading suite of accredited Indigenous Leadership programs.
The AILC was established as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) by Indigenous leaders in 2001, with a goal of building a critical mass of Indigenous leaders across the country, capable of transforming communities and helping to close the gap.
The AILC runs accredited leadership courses in metropolitan, rural and remote Australia, with each course being sponsored by a government department, community organisation or the private sector. The AILC offers:
- 10412NAT Certificate II in Indigenous Leadership
- 10413NAT Certificate IV in Indigenous Leadership
- BSB41915 Certificate IV in Business (Governance)
The AILC delivers courses and programs tailored to the needs of organisations, regional groups or government agencies. These courses and programs are fully-funded by the partner organisation, but content is the responsibility of the AILC.These courses are mainly delivered in Canberra, but can be delivered in other locations. Delivery models are negotiable.
