Katrina was born in Sydney, and lived in Canberra her whole life. She has completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. She joined the AILC in November 2014.

Katrina has over two years’ experience in the Vocational education training sector with a strong focus on administrative support and compliance. As a qualified trainer and assessor, Katrina has been involved in writing, mapping, delivering, validating and moderating accredited qualifications. Her high level of organisational skills allows her to manage various administrative processes, including contacting and scheduling meetings with stakeholders, identifying and collecting information relating to training packages, running internal audits, developing and implementing office policies and procedures, monthly funding reports, and the management of student records and databases.
