This course is designed to reflect the roles of individuals who undertake responsibilities required of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, and who bring a wide range of knowledge, skills, talents and experience to their organisations and require further training. 

Certificate IV in Indigenous Leadership


The 10413NAT Certificate IV in Indigenous Leadership builds upon existing highly developed leadership skills and works to further develop these key skills and knowledge. It establishes pathways to further education and training, enabling students to aspire to higher levels of responsibility in chosen arenas such as senior roles in workplaces and community organisations.

Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring


This course will flow from block to block covering the key areas in developing mentoring / coaching strategies and frameworks to implementing mentoring programs and relationships, to reviewing and providing feedback on the outcomes of mentoring / coaching activities.
On top of the accredited training, students will also learn leadership theories and tools to assist them in the area of mentoring and coaching as well as Indigenous history and cultural knowledge to assist those mentoring / coaching Indigenous peoples.
