Trainer and Assessor
Lenora Thaker has a Bachelor of Community Welfare, is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the IAF and a Certificate IV trainer.
She has a long history with the community based sector, been in business since 1995 and worked in academia as an Associate Lecturer and an Instructional Designer/Curriculum Writer in the Vocational Education and Training sector.
As a Torres Strait Islander woman based in Cairns, Lenora’s years and diversity of experience have made her a sought after and in demand facilitator, trainer and guest presenter. Her association with the AILC as a specialist facilitator started in 2011 and she is a strong advocate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership learning and development excellence.
