Melissa Bulger, a proud Wiradjuri woman, started with the AILC in June 2018. She has many amazing achievements including being the first Indigenous student in the ACT to participate in the New School Based apprenticeship, with the ACT & Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry, as well as receiving the Charlie Perkins Award in 2001. Melissa also has a range of qualifications to go with these achievements, with a Certificate in Hospitality Operations, Business Administration, Frontline Management and a Cert IV in Indigenous Leadership with the AILC. To add to her qualifications and achievements, her working history is impressive, having worked in several Indigenous Organisations, Medical Organisations and also early learning.
